Introduction to Sports

In this class, students explore a variety of team sports while developing foundational skills such as coordination, communication, and teamwork. Through age-appropriate drills, cooperative challenges, and modified games, students practice sports fundamentals in a supportive and inclusive environment. Emphasis is placed on sportsmanship, following directions, and working together toward shared goals. As students rotate through different activities, they build confidence, improve physical literacy, and develop a positive relationship with movement, laying the groundwork for lifelong participation in team-based physical activities!
