In this class, students will build engaging hands-on projects that introduce them to popular fields of engineering. Each session, students will practice the Engineering Design Process and exercise their creativity and problem-solving skills. Each meeting will focus on a different field of engineering, to give participants a broad introduction to what engineers do to shape the world we live in! In this season, we'll cover Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, and Electrical Engineering!
This class provides a great jumping-off point to help inventive and curious students discover how their interests align with fields of engineering, and to give them ideas of what to practice more in-depth in the future!
