As the capstone of the Dawson Pickleball Pathway, this Middle School Pickleball program offers athletes the perfect blend of fast-paced play, technical development, and character growth. Designed specifically for Dawson’s emerging pickleball players, this twice-weekly class helps students elevate their skills in one of the nation’s fastest-growing sports. Players will learn advanced shot selection, footwork patterns, doubles strategy, court positioning, and competitive tactics—all taught through Buddy the Ball’s fun, movement-based coaching style. Each session promotes Dawson’s core values by challenging students to communicate effectively, problem-solve under pressure, and build resilience through friendly competition. Whether students are looking to sharpen their game, become confident recreational players, or eventually represent Dawson in future competitive play, this program provides a supportive and exciting training environment. All equipment is provided, and participation is flexible—students may attend once or twice per week based on their schedule.
