Join us for a fun and engaging after-school yoga class specially designed for Lower School students! This course is perfect for beginners and those with some experience, offering a playful introduction to the basics of yoga in a supportive environment. Students will explore essential poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation exercises through interactive activities, sequences, and even games. Each session includes playful stretches, mindfulness practices, and friendly guidance to help kids develop flexibility, focus, and a love for yoga.
