This American Sign Language (ASL) class is designed especially for elementary-aged kids to learn the basics of signing in a fun and engaging way. Students will explore the ASL alphabet, everyday signs, simple phrases, and how to introduce themselves. Through games and hands-on activities, children will build their vocabulary and confidence in using ASL. The class also introduces Deaf culture in age-appropriate ways, helping kids understand and appreciate the Deaf community. By the end of the course, students will be able to use basic signs to communicate and share what they’ve learned with friends and family.
