The Calm & Play Club is a joyful and nurturing experience for young learners. Each session blends playful movement, music, and art with emotional awareness and self-regulation skills. Children learn to recognize feelings, calm their bodies, and express kindness, all while having fun together.
Class Goals
Students will:
- Practice identifying and expressing feelings.
- Learn simple calming and self-regulation strategies.
- Build cooperation and empathy through play.
- Experience joy in movement, music, and imagination.
