Everything sports! Campers will stay active as we learn and play a variety of sports from kickball to volleyball. The focus is to stay active and to develop the motor skills of proper running, throwing, catching, and all skills involved in sports. Along with learning more about different sports and the skills that are entailed, we will also identify and discuss the physical and mental health benefits of the different activities, exercises, and staying active.
This camp includes an off-campus experience.
