Childhood memory unlocked! If you were lucky enough as a kid to have an awesome art teacher to make paper mache projects then you know that it was fun and very interesting to work with. This hands-on experience will teach your kid that we can use something as scraps of paper and turn it into something beautiful. We will also be exploring the world of Clay where we will let our imagination run wild! We will be using the art of sculpting with clay and turning it into our masterpiece. We will learn the basics of clay and what we can make with it. In hopes to inspire our future artists to be able to make things like pots, vases, sculptures…etc They will use their creative thinking to draw, form, and paint their creations. Children love creating and exploring, and they love working with their hands. Clay and paper crafts are a way for kids to literally wrap their hands around a 3-dimensional project, and in this class our goal is for kids to both have more fun and learn something in the process. This is the perfect class for the young artist who wants to have fun creating artwork to express their individualism and for something to show to their friends and family!
