Get ready to show your school spirit, EC Bears! In this high-energy class, students will learn Dawson’s school cheers and practice fun, rhythmic movements set to upbeat music. Along the way, they will discover safe and effective ways to warm up their bodies, stay active, and cool down through stretches and mini-exercises. Students will build coordination, stamina, and teamwork skills while developing confidence in performing as part of a group. By the end of the class, they will be able to lead cheers, demonstrate school pride, and understand the importance of fitness and movement in keeping their bodies strong and healthy. Most importantly, they’ll leave each class energized, connected to their peers, and ready to cheer on Dawson with pride!
